MyPostOpCare was developed to provide a more effective way to guide patients through their surgery recovery. Better patient education leads to higher rates of successful recovery.

MyPostOpCare was founded in 2016 in Huntsville, Alabama, by a small team of physicians, software engineers, and designers. Together, we saw a better path forward for surgery recovery than the current distribution of paper instructions.

MyPostOpCare provides a solution for all of the stakeholders involved in the 50 million+ in-patient surgeries and 53 million+ outpatient surgeries that occur each year across the U.S. — for the patients who undergo these surgeries, and for the nurses, physicians, and staff members who administer them.
